Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Tour For Less representative who will assist with arrival formalities and luggage. After breakfast, begin your guided exploration of the legendary Giza Plateau. Stand before the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Khafre, and Menkaure, marveling at their scale, precision, and enduring mystery. You will have time for photographs and the optional opportunity to enter one of the pyramids (ticket not included).

Continue to the Valley Temple and encounter the iconic Great Sphinx, the timeless guardian of the pyramids. Your Egyptologist guide will share fascinating insights into its symbolism, history, and unanswered questions.

In the evening, transfer to the train station to board your overnight sleeper train to Luxor, with dinner served onboard.

Visit the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple Complex, the largest religious structure ever built. Walk through the monumental Hypostyle Hall with its towering columns, sacred lake, obelisks, and chapels dedicated to generations of pharaohs.

Continuing to Luxor Temple, beautifully situated along the Nile, and once connected to Karnak by the Avenue of Sphinxes. Learn about its role in ancient festivals and royal ceremonies before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast, cross the Nile to explore Luxor’s West Bank, the ancient burial ground of Egypt’s rulers.

Begin at the legendary Valley of the Kings, where elaborately decorated tombs reveal ancient beliefs about death and the afterlife. Continuing to the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an architectural masterpiece dramatically carved into limestone cliffs.

Stop at the imposing Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood watch over the Theban necropolis for more than 3,000 years.

Later in the day, transfer to the train station to board your overnight sleeper train back to Cairo, enjoying dinner onboard.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking into your hotel. The evening is free to relax or enjoy a walk along the scenic Alexandria Corniche, with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

After breakfast, continue exploring Alexandria’s coastal and royal heritage.

Start the day at the impressive Citadel of Qaitbay, a 15th-century fortress built on the exact location of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Alexandria’s Old Harbor.

Next, visit the elegant Montazah Palace Gardens, once the summer residence of Egypt’s royal family. Stroll through manicured gardens, palm-lined paths, and enjoy views of the sea surrounding the palace complex.

Enjoy free time for photos, coffee by the sea, or optional shopping before departing Alexandria. In the afternoon, return to Cairo in a private, air-conditioned vehicle and check in to your hotel for your final night in Egypt.
